The Monk is an NPC encountered during the Devious Minds quest. He can be found at Paterdomus which is the temple splitting Morytania and Misthalin. In the quest, the monk asks the player to make him a Bow-sword, for which they need to use Doric's whetstone, found in his hut. Players will need a Mithril 2h sword and level 65 Smithing to be able to do this.
During the quest, The Temple at Senntisten, it is revealed that he is actually an Assassin hired to steal the relic from Entrana for a Mahjarrat (Azzanadra). He is likely responsible for killing another monk, faking a suicide.

- The hood looks similar to Lucien's hood during the Temple of Ikov quest.
