Sinco Doar is one of the archeologists in the Varrock Museum in Varrock. Though he can be seen in free worlds, players can not actually talk to him unless they are on a member server, as he is inaccessible.
A player may offer him finds that have been cleaned up in the archaeology area of the Varrock museum. He will only respond to the few items that he will ask a player to put in the display cases, for jewellery he will take it and give them 5 coins in return. If offered anything else, he will say he doesn't need it.
