The Street urchin is a mischievous thief found in the crime-infested town of Pollnivneach. Players will meet this child during The Feud quest to lure and knock out a villager.
In the Rogue Trader activity, the Street Urchin will help the player convince the Blackjack seller to sell Defensive Blackjacks.
This may be a tribute to Aladdin, as Jafar continuously refers to him as a street rat.
In the 42nd Postbag from the Hedge, a letter is sent to the street urchin. Near the end, he mentions the perks of everyone being named Ali, most notably how if a police officer goes to their base and asks for a boy named Ali, all of them stand up and say "I'm Ali." This may be a reference to the movie Spartacus.
