The Cowardly Bandit is an NPC in Pollnivneach. If the player talks to him after The Feud quest, he will threaten him or her over killing their leader. Once the player threatens back, he becomes scared and ends the conversation. Although he has a combat level of 56 he is not attackable. But he used to be.
He has a higher combat level than some of the other bandits.
The reason why he is no longer attackable is unknown. He is one of the characters in Pollnivneach not to be involved in a quest, unless you talked to him during The Feud.
