Burthorpe Imperial Guard
The Burthorpe Imperial Guard are the defence of Burthorpe against the Mountain trolls. They can be found drilling and marching constantly in front of Burthorpe Castle. They are rivals of the White Knights; they support Crown Prince Anlaf of Asgarnia, and serve as his personal guard. They disapprove of Sir Amik Varze running Asgarnia during King Vallance's "illness". The White Knights have also threatened to take over Burthorpe by force if the Imperial Guard fail to defeat the Trolls.
