Jimmy Dazzler features during the Ratcatchers quest, where the player learns he is an exterminator. He has the player clear a house full of rats without being seen by the guards that constantly patrol the area. He is located at the rat pits in East Ardougne (west of the pub where Temple of Ikov starts and north of the castle) which is for kittens. Afterwards he will chat about various other rat catchers. He is accompanied by Bones who playfully runs about. Jimmy's chathead should now be consistently drunk due to an update on 9 November 2009.

- The description of his smiles and the party is possibly reference to the main character from the book The Great Gatsby.
