You can find Rometti, the well dressed gnome, on the first floor of the Grand Tree in the Tree Gnome Stronghold. His shop, Fine Fashions, is located to the north-east, and should be visible on the mini-map. It is marked with a clothing shop icon (
). He is also an easy customer in the Gnome Restaurant activity.
