A Fencing ring is a combat ring that can be built in the Combat Room of a player-owned house. The rules are similar to those of a boxing ring; no armour, jewellery or combat spells may be used in the Fencing Ring, however, a player may wield a weapon in the Fencing ring. A player may also cast non-combat spells in the ring. To use a fencing ring, a player must have a weapons rack and an opponent. A fencing ring requires level 41 Construction, 8 oak planks, and 6 bolts of cloth. When built, it earns the player 570 experience.
Training
One advantage of the fencing ring is that since no armour is allowed, players can score higher hits more often for faster xp.
- At house parties there are often giant brawls with many players fighting all at once. With players being brought back to life immediately it is a good way for fast xp without needing food.
1 on 1
- Players can also train 1 on 1 against each other. Players wishing to do this instead of the giant brawl should avoid the house parties.
- You can 1 on 1 friends to settle who is the better player
