Thordur was a dwarf who, back in the days of RuneScape Classic, looked after the entrance to the Black Hole Experience in the Dwarven Mines near the current location of Boot the Dwarf. He was removed along with the Black Hole in late 2001 because too many banned players were scamming visitors by telling them that if they dropped the Disk of Returning or gave it to the banned player something "cool" would happen. However, this was untrue and caused the victim to subsequently be stuck in the Black Hole until Jagex rescued them or they were able to find another Disk of Returning. fi:Thordur
