Patrolling Guards are non-attackable imperial guards that patrol up and down the main road of Burthorpe, attacking any troll commandos they encounter, proclaiming "Troll! Attack, attack!" However, they would not attack trolls that are already in combat with a player or another guard even if it is in a Multicombat area. They appear to be wielding of what looks like steel claws, although when a player wears steel claws, the image looks different, which makes the claws that the Guard wears unique.
