Tempus Cessit

Tempus Cessit is an incantation that is used to stop time. It is used by Gypsy Aris in Recipe for Disaster after the Culinaromancer comes and attacks the Lumbridge Secret Council. It can only be undone using the reverse spell, Tempus Procedit.
