Felli was a Kethsian scout who searched for bane ore, a rare material used to make weapons capable of harming the dragonkin. Along with Hedrick, Felli went on an expedition to the outer planes to find more of the ore because the supply on the Isle of Sann was low. He is mentioned in a message written by Dathana, but she fears that the scouts will not arrive back in time before the dragonkin wipe them out.
