The''' Zamorak bow''', along with the [[Saradomin bow]] and [[Guthix bow]], was released on [http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Update:Elite_Treasure_Trails_and_New_Rewards 4 August 2010] as part of the Elite Treasure Trails update and it can only be obtained as a reward from Elite (Level 4) [[Treasure Trail]]s. It requires 55 range to use.

Wielding it gives a Ranged bonus of +80, nearly reaching the [[Rune crossbow]]'s bonus of +90. The [[God bows]] also give a Prayer bonus of +4, which the [[Rune crossbow]] does not have.

This bow has a special attack called "Twin Shot" which doubles the amount of damage for one shot (1 arrow, but two separate hit splats, 100% + 100% =200%), and drains 55% of the special attack bar. This is similar to the special attack of the Magic shortbow, which shoots two arrows in rapid succession and also drains 55% of the special attack bar. It has been confirmed to be possible to use two special attacks in a row, without the aid of a special restore potion, or a [[Ring of Vigour]], which is obtained through the [[Dungeoneering]] skill, or a [[Leech special attack|leech special]] curse.

Using a ring of vigour, special restore potion, and leech special curse, it is possible to use the special attack up to 4 times.

== Trivia ==
* This bow increases the chance of bonus damage caused by [[Zamorak arrows]], from 10% to 20%.
* There used to be a glitch in which the Grand Exchange stated that the bow could fire arrows up to dragon. It has now been confirmed in the FAQ thread in the Recent Events forum that the bow fires up to rune, in addition to firing [[Saradomin arrows]], [[Guthix arrows]], and [[Zamorak arrows]].
* Theoretically, while using the bow's special attack and wearing a [[Castle wars brace]], one could hit around 740 (seeing +60 ranged strength maxes around 320s, and with potential elemental bonus damage added to the shot (+50 or so).
* The double damage of the Zamorak bow's special attack is dealt via two equal hit-splats, meaning a [[Ferocious Ring]] will add a total of 80 extra damage to the special when on slayer tasks.
* The part of the bow held by the player's avatar resembles an unholy symbol of Zamorak.
* This weapon could be used to rush in place of a Dark Bow providing the player uses a ring of vigour but as this will take two special attacks has a lesser chance of success.
* This bow has a prayer bonus (+4) this is unique as no other bow (except the other 2 god bows) offer a [[Prayer]] bonus ([[Zanik's crossbow]] has a [[Prayer]] penalty of -5).
