The '''Yew composite bow''' is a [[pay-to-play|member's only]] composite bow that can use arrows up to [[rune arrows|rune]]. They require 40 [[Ranged]] to use. To obtain a yew composite bow the player can either complete any Level [[Treasure trail]], trade with another player or purchase one off the [[Grand Exchange]]. The yew composite bow cannot be made using the [[Fletching]] skill.

The yew composite bow is seldom used for combat, since a [[yew short bow]] is cheaper, has a faster rate of fire, and has only a slightly lower attack bonus of +47.
