He can be found on the first floor of the [[Wizard's Tower]], at the [[Runecrafting guild]] portal. He gives a tutorial on the Runespan and can teleport the player to a tutorial version of the Runespan.<br />

In the middle level of the Runespan, players may talk to Wizard Finix in order to obtain 10 of each type of rune at the cost of a few accumulated points. This is highly recommended for players wishing to have fast access to the highest level of the Runespan without wasting time siphoning on the middle level.<br />
