'''Weapon poison+''' is made by mixing a [[cactus spine]] and [[red spiders' eggs]] in a [[vial]] of [[Coconut milk]], giving 165 [[Herblore]] experience. This requires level 73 Herblore.

Weapon poison+ can be used on [[dagger]]s, [[spear]]s, [[Throwing knife|throwing knives]], [[arrows]], [[crossbow bolt]]s, [[dart]]s and [[javelin]]s. One vial will poison one [[melee]] weapon or up to 5 projectiles (knives, arrows, bolts, darts or javelins) at a time. Once a weapon has been poisoned by Weapon poison+, ''(p+)'' will be suffixed after its name. Players [[poison]]ed by a dagger or spear poisoned with Weapon poison+ are dealt 58 points of poison damage initially, with the damage being reduced by two points with each hit, until the poison hits 10, at which point it wears off. When used on melee weapons, weapon poison+ hits a total of 850 damage before wearing off, assuming nothing is done to alleviate it.

*Poison on the weapon can be removed by using [[Karamjan rum]] on a piece of [[silk]] to make a [[cleaning cloth]]. Then the cleaning cloth can be used on the weapon to remove the poison.

This table is based on the [[Grand Exchange]] prices of a vial of [[coconut milk]], [[cactus spine]] and [[red spiders' eggs]]. It is accurate assuming all three items are bought from the Grand Exchange and the Weapon poison+ is sold afterwards.
