The '''Warrant''' is a quest item that is given to the player by [[Bravek]] in exchange for a [[hangover cure]] during the [[Plague City]] [[quest]]. The warrant grants the player access to the plague house in the south-east corner of [[West Ardougne]] in order to search for [[Elena]]. Players use the warrant by attempting to open the west door of the plague house, and then using the warrant on the nearby mourner.
