'''Velorina''' is a ghost in the northern-most house in [[Port Phasmatys]]. Players must speak to her to start the [[Ghosts Ahoy]] quest, where she informs the player of the history of Port Phasmatys and [[Necrovarus]]'s imprisonment of its citzens using the [[Ectofuntus]], and enlists their help to free them. At the end she decides to stay for the time being and, if you lose the [[Ectophial]] given to you after completing the Ghosts Ahoy quest, Velorina will give you another one for free. A [[Ghostspeak Amulet]] is required to speak to Velorina

Interestingly, Velorina does not appear green, like the other ghosts. Both her avatar and her chathead appear grey.
