This was due to a problem at one of our ISPs.<br /> <br /> The worlds affected:<br /> 4, 5, 7-9, 13-14, 17, 19, 21-22, 26-30, 37, 42, 47-48, 56, 62, 64, 70, 72, 100, 113.<br /> <br /> We were informed that the problem was caused by the ISP&#039;s routers being overloaded. It is not a problem with any of our own systems, or with us having inadequate bandwidth.<br /> <br /> Unfortunately, because the problem was caused by limitations of a 3rd party&#039;s systems, as opposed to our own, it was out of our control.<br /> <br /> We are looking for a more permanent solution, which will probably involve switching to a different ISP.
