Tuna potatoes are a members-only food that require 68 Cooking to make and grant a total of 309.5 Cooking experience once all the preparation steps are complete. Each potato heals 220 life points in one bite, making them one of the highest-healing foods in the game, tied with manta rays (also 220 lifepoints) and behind rocktails (230 lifepoints), tiger sharks (250 life points), baron sharks (300 life points) and juju gumbo (320 lifepoints). However, preparation of tuna potatoes requires more ingredients and steps than simply cooking fish, which is comparatively quick and straightforward.
* Use the butter on the baked potato to make a potato with butter (grants 40 experience).
* Cook a raw tuna on a fire or range to make a cooked tuna (grants 100 experience).
* Cook an ear of sweetcorn on a range to make cooked sweetcorn (grants 104 experience).
* With a knife, use a bowl on the cooked tuna to produce a bowl of chopped tuna.
* Use the bowl of tuna on the sweetcorn, resulting in a bowl of tuna and corn.

At 68 Cooking, it is impossible to burn any of the ingredients for tuna potatoes; therefore, success is guaranteed when cooking them.

Tuna potatoes are sometimes cooked for money. The final two ingredients, a bowl of tuna and corn ( coins each) and a potato with butter ( coins each), cost coins together. As each tuna potato sells for coins each, buying the base ingredients and selling the potatoes nets a profit of coins per potato. This method does not require that a fire or range be nearby, and can be performed at any bank. However, only 10 Cooking experience is earned per potato. This can be a great money maker if you gather all of the required materials, or if you buy them; it would still be a profit.
Trivia
* Tuna and corn heals 130 life points, and a potato with butter heals 140 life points. One may expect tuna potatoes made from both ingredients combined should heal 270 life points, but they only heal 220. This may be explained by some of the ingredients not being used in the final product, as an adventurer would likely have trouble fitting an entire tuna into a single potato.
