A '''Trophy Head''' is a rare drop from a specific monster. When obtained, it must be taken to the [[Taxidermist]] in [[Canifis]] to stuff. Once it's stuffed, it can then be hung in a [[POH]] using the [[Construction]] [[skill]]. The only actual non-head item is the [[Crawling hand (item)|Crawling hand]] but it behaves exactly the same way so it is included in the category.

When hung on the wall, the head can be spoken to. Each head has a different conversation, usually intended for humour.
