Doing so also requires level 48 Fletching, but grants 3.9 experience points per set of tips attached.<br /> <br /> Members can then optionally enchant the red topaz bolts with the [[Enchant Crossbow Bolt]] spell to make [[topaz bolts (e)]]. This gives the bolts a chance of lowering the opponent&#039;s [[Magic]] level, though it only works on other ([[human]]) players.
