A '''Tooth extractor''' is a [[members]]-only item used in the [[Fairy Tale III]] quest. It can be made by using a [[hammer]] on [[secateurs]] (this can be done only during the quest - if players try to do that after, they will get the message: "I'm not sure why I'd need to do this..." and nothing will happen). There are multiple hammer and secateur spawn-points in the north-west corner of the Fairy hideout. It is used to pick the lock in order to enter the [[Tooth Fairy]]'s grotto and to remove a tooth from an ork general.<br><br />
If lost after the quest, it cannot be replaced even if a player get the usual message that explains how to replace it in the "Destroy" option.<br />
