He was removed along with the Black Hole in late [[2001]] because too many banned players were scamming visitors by telling them that if they dropped the [[Disk of Returning]] or gave it to the banned player something "cool" would happen. However, this was untrue and caused the victim to subsequently be stuck in the Black Hole until Jagex rescued them or they were able to find another Disk of Returning.<br />
