==Getting Started==
*Head East of the [[Shantay Pass]] to the [[Ruins of Uzer]].
*Pick up the [[Letter (The Golem)|Letter]] West of the Broken [[Clay golem]].
*Talk to the golem.
*Use four [[Soft clay]] on the golem.
*Talk to the golem.

==Statuette==
*Climb down the stairs in the ruins right next to the golem.
*Go north, take a [[Strange implement]] and pick one of the [[Black mushroom]]s.
*Read the letter and talk to [[Elissa]] who is at the Northeastern part of the [[Digsite]] about the letter.
*Head to the [[Exam Centre]] just South of the Digsite.
*Search the bookshelves and read [[Varmen's notes]].
*Talk to [[Curator Haig Halen]] in the [[Varrock Museum]] about the [[Statuette (The Golem)|Statuette]].
*Pickpocket him.
*Head upstairs to the last case in the first row and steal the statuette.

==The Portal==
*Head back towards the ruins, but before crossing the bridge, head North past the [[River Elid]] and grab a [[Phoenix feather]] from the [[Desert Phoenix]].
*Go to the ruins and down the stairs.
*In the centre of the room will be four alcoves. Place the statuette in the empty one.
*Turn the statuettes toward the double doors to the north, go through them and go back through the portal.

==The Golem==
*Go back upstairs and talk to the golem.
*With an [[Empty vial]] in your [[Inventory]], grind the black mushroom.
*Use the phoenix feather on the [[Black mushroom ink]].
*Use the [[Phoenix quill pen]] on a piece of [[Papyrus]].
*Use the strange implement on the golem then quickly use the [[Golem program]] on the golem.
*Quest Complete!
