The '''Telegram''' is a [[quest items|quest item]] obtained during the quest ''[[Hunt for Red Raktuber]]''. Players find it after searching the sorting table in the filing room accessed using the [[Kgp id card]]. It gives the player information about the whereabouts of the penguins' [[submarine]].

After speaking to [[Larry]], players find out the telegram contains coordinates that point to the city of [[Yanille]]. Larry takes the telegram, and tell them to meet him at the east coast of Yanille.
