They are different from regular [[monkey nuts]]. They can be helpful to those who need to heal when doing the [[Ape Atoll Agility Course]]. They heal 50 [[constitution|life points]], and do not cause a delay in combat when eaten. They can be ground with a [[Pestle and mortar]] to create [[Tchiki nut paste]].

They are considered a delicacy amongst [[Monkey]]s, and many legends surround them. One such legend suggests that they are the thing that gave monkeys their superior intelligence, another suggests that they are the food of choice of the Monkey Gods.
