The '''Taverley Massacre''' is an event in the first [[RuneScape]] novel, [[Betrayal at Falador]]. The battle was fought between the [[druid]]s and residents of [[Taverley]] and the tribal [[goblin]]s of northern [[Asgarnia]] (with the exception of the [[Garagorshuun]] and [[Thorobshuun]]).

The druids, warned of the impending invasion by the falcon of the druid [[Kaqemeex]], mostly fled to the hills and woodlands north of Taverley. Several hundred remained behind solely to sate the bloodthirst of the goblins; all died in the process. The goblins then burned a large amount of Taverley to the ground before fleeing south-east, where they united with the forces of the [[Kinshra]] [[Lord Sulla]] to engage in the [[Siege of Falador]].
