Their purpose is to make player created games easier. When the horn is used, a [[Master of Races]] will appear and freeze all movement from friends chat members wearing [[Racing boots]]. He will then announce &quot;Ready! Set! Go!&quot; before allowing movement once again. Some groups are using it as a battle horn by not wearing racing boots and activating it.
