The '''stake''' is an item used in the [[Vampyre Slayer]] quest. This item is obtained by talking to [[Dr Harlow]] at the [[Blue Moon Inn]] at [[Varrock]]. The player must use the stake, along with a [[stake hammer]], also received from Dr Harlow, to kill [[Count Draynor]]. In [[Runescape Classic]], it was possible to wield this item as a weapon, and both its stats and appearance resembled that of a [[bronze longsword]].

You can get another from Dr Harlow in the [[Blue Moon Inn]] of Varrock.
