A '''Staff of fire''' is an [[elemental staff]]. It provides an unlimited amount of [[fire runes]]. This staff is used mainly for [[High Alchemy]], [[Superheat Item]], and fire missile spells.

If you have a [[crystal ball]] in your [[Player-owned house|house]] you can change the element of the staff. Visually the staff of fire is identical to the [[fire battlestaff]] and the [[mystic fire staff]].

[[Autocast]] was an option for elemental staves, but was taken out after an update due to spells being able to be autocasted without a staff. After a recent game update, the staff's wielding animation has been cut off, only animating a portion of the full movement. This has now been partially fixed.

With 85 [[Crafting]], players may attach a [[shade skull]] to the Staff of fire, creating a [[Skeletal staff of fire]].
There is a current glitch in which you cannot see the red orb of the fire staff.

==Trivia==
*There is a currently a glitch on members and free worlds where the red orb on the end of the staff doesn't load, so it just looks like a normal [[staff]]. This is yet to be fixed.
