'''Snare''' is a [[Combat spells|combat spell]] which prevents your opponent from moving for 10 seconds. An effective snare also causes up to 20 life points damage to the target.

This category of Spells is usually used with the [[Mud battlestaff|Mud Battlestaff]] or [[Mystic mud staff|Mystic Mud Staff]], because the staff provides an infinite amount of Earth and Water runes.

This spell was often disputed over whether it should be members only. Many players believe that it's too powerful of an attack for Free-to-Play, while others think that it wouldn't be much of a benefit for Pay-to-Play. This spell is now for members only, while f2p users can still use [[Bind]].
