A throne can be sat upon by any player who has access to the house in which it was built.

It costs 6,165,000 coins to build; presuming that the [[magic stone]]s and [[marble block]]s have been bought from [[Keldagrim]] and that the [[bones]] and the [[skull (item)|skulls]] have been collected.
