==Skilling==

Though Sinclair Mansion does not have a farming spot it does have [[cabbage]], [[grain|wheat]], and [[potato]] respawns, along with a [[range]], [[dairy churn]], [[dairy cow]], [[chicken]]s, [[cow]]s, [[water]] sources, and a barrel with unlimited amounts of free [[pot of flour|flour]] (use an [[empty pot]] on the barrel in the kitchen). This makes the location near ideal for up and coming cooks.

For example, by bringing baskets of [[tomato]]es and a pot, one could cook a large quantity of [[pizza]] and [[meat pizza]]s with everything needed close at hand. [[Baked potato]]es, [[potato with butter|buttered potatoes]], and even [[potato with cheese|cheese potatoes]] can be made entirely on location with nothing to bring other than a bucket for [[Bucket of milk|milking]] the [[dairy cow]].

Even bringing just a [[bowl]] one could make [[stew]] until the cows respawn.

The mansion also has one [[willow tree]] and a very large number of [[maple tree]]s just to the west of the mansion for [[Woodcutting]] and [[Firemaking]].

===Climate===
As Sinclair Mansion is situated just south of [[Fremennik]] the weather in winter is cold, and some bitterly cold winds sometimes hit the mansion. The cold wind from the north outweighs the warmer winds from the south- so even though [[Seers' Village]] is very close, the differences in climate become apparent during winter. During Summer warm winds from [[Catherby]] gently whisper and nurture the plants, and even though Sinclair Mansion is situated so close to Fremennik Province, again the climate there is much harsher than here.

==Notes==
The Sinclair Mansion range and the range inside Al Kharid's Kebab Shop (and several other buildings in [[Al Kharid]]) are the only bronze ranges in RuneScape, although Al Kharid's Kebab Shop is accessible in [[F2P]].
