He has very little use, and is not currently involved in any quests. As his examine suggests, he is serving [[Prince Anlaf]].

He will also appear within[[Troll Invasion]] to refill your supply table rations. If the supply table is destroyed by a [[Dynamite]] troll, when he teleports in to refill the supplies, he will instead say, "Well.. Good luck!"
