'''Samuel''' was an NPC who lived in a small house in northern [[Lumbridge]]. He was very bored with his life and was supposedly very excited when the three-headed dragon from [[Learning the Ropes]] came out of its nest.

When [[Unstable Foundations]] was released in September 2009, Samuel was removed from the game.

During the attack of the [[Dragon (Learning the Ropes)|three-headed dragon]] Samuel was wandering in his house watching how people were "running around like headless chickens". Following Learning the Ropes, Samuel could be found wandering in and out of his house, bored. Samuel could talk about the dragon's attack if asked.
