The '''Runner hat''' is a piece of [[pay-to-play|member's only]] [[armour]]. To wear the hat the player must have at least 40 [[Defence]]. The runner hat can be obtained by exchanging 275 Honour points in each role from the [[Barbarian Assault]] [[minigame]]. It has the same stats as a [[Rune full helm]], with a +1 magic defence bonus and no negative attack bonuses. This hat is largely used by anyone who is looking to show prestige in Barbarian Assault.

*Since the September 5, 2012 update, the hat is smaller and does not cover the eyes. Luxia Fowl is very annoyed at this.
