A '''Roll''' is a type of [[food]] that is a reward from the [[Sandwich Lady]] [[Random events|random event]]. The roll heals 60 life points. Like many food items given as a reward from the [[Sandwich Lady]] [[Random events|random event]], it cannot be traded. However, it can be banked, unlike most other random event objects.

==Trivia==
*When used with a [[Pet rock]] the game gives the message "I love rock and roll!" as the player uses the Headbang [[Emotes|emote]].
*Although the roll cannot be traded by conventional methods it can be traded with the cave goblins in Dorgesh-Kaan who have never seen surface food before and such will buy any that you have, including this. It seems the most they will pay for one is around 110 coins, but it depends on the cave goblin and how favourable their initial reaction is.
