It is primarily worn by warriors and has the same stats as a [[rune full helm]], except for the Summoning Defence Bonus. To wear a rockshell helmet the player must have completed the [[Fremennik trials]] [[quest]] and have at least 40 [[Defence]]. To obtain a rockshell helmet, the player has to either bring 1 [[dagannoth hide]], 1 [[rock-shell chunk]] and 5000 [[coins]] to [[Skulgrimen]] in [[Rellekka]] or trade with another player.
