The '''Revenant imp''' is the lowest level [[Revenant]] in the game. Despite its low level, it is far more dangerous than its [[combat]] level suggests. It is more powerful than most players with the same combat level, however it IS possible, although difficult, for a level 7 player to kill a revenant imp, even in F2P with the use of lots of food. It has the ability to deal a significant amount of damage in combat with melee, ranged, and magic. It can also restore hitpoints rapidly when it goes below half of its HP and cure itself from poison. Regardless of its low combat level, these monsters can hit up to 90, and often. It can also heal quickly (80-90 HP per attack you make), meaning that if you do not manage to deal at least this damage every hit, it will soon return to almost full health again. It is advisable to be at least level 30 before engaging this monster in battle to effectively kill it off as you can get into trouble easily, as with any revenant. If you can easily hit 100 with weapons such as [[Rune scimitar]] or [[Gravite rapier]], it is suggested to bring it to easily KO it. Ranged and magic can also be used against it, but you need to be able to hit 100 at least 1/4 of the time to kill it effectively. It is also advised to bring similar levelled friends if you are intentionally trying to find it. Due to the update on the 1st of February, the Revenant Imp is found in the Forinthry Dungeon. Due to its low level, it is the most commonly hunted revenant, with potentially very valuable drops at a much lower risk, although some higher levelled players choose to completely ignore them, most likely because of the insigificant drop rate.<br />

Also, the examine for a revenant imp is slightly different from other revenants (excluding hellhound, icefiend, and demon). It's examine says the ''essence'' of an imp slain during the god wars, not a ghost slain during the god wars. There is a resemblance between the four, the fact that they are all demonic.<br />
