Each dose restores 10-39 points on Defence, Attack, Strength, Magic, Ranged, Prayer and Constitution (the skills, not Prayer Points and Lifepoints) when the level in one of these skills has been temporarily reduced (for example by the effects of [[disease]]).<br />
