The '''red sandstone mine''' is a mine located north of [[Oo'glog]] for mining [[red sandstone]] which requires a [[Mining]] level of 81. The sandstone can be used on the [[Robust glass machine]] to make [[Robust glass]] which is used to craft [[potion flask]]s with a [[Crafting]] level of 89.

The red sandstone mine was added into the game on [[7 February]] [[2012]]. There is a limit of 50 pieces that can be mined per day. This limit can be extended to 55-65 pieces while under the effect of a [[shooting star]]. [[Strange rock]]s and gems may be found while mining red sandstone.
