Rapid Restore drains [[Prayer]] points much more slowly than any other prayer does: a player with level 50 [[Prayer]] can use Rapid Restore for over 25 minutes without any equipment that provides a [[prayer bonus]]. This makes it a useful and practical prayer to use when recovering from lowered stats, although lowered skills will still take a while to recharge. The downside to this prayer is that it restores boosted stats at a 2x rate as well.
