It is received by completing the Kiss the Frog random event and choosing Save up for a costume when opening the random event gift. It can then be claimed from Iffie of [[Thessalia's Fine Clothes]] in [[Varrock]]. The blouse cannot be traded and gives no Defence bonuses, but it is still worn by people who like the way it looks or want to show off the uncommon outfit. It can only be worn by female players; if a male player attempts to equip it, it will change into a [[prince tunic]].<br />
