It is received from completing the Kiss the Frog random event and choosing Save up for a costume upon opening the random event gift. The leggings can then be claimed from Iffie in [[Thessalia's Fine Clothes]] in [[Varrock]]. The leggings cannot be traded and gives no bonuses, but it is still worn by people who like the way it looks or want to show off the uncommon outfit. It almost looks similar to the [[Desert legs]], which can be bought at [[Ali Morrisane]].<br />
