When spoken to, the guard states: ''"I'm sorry but no humans may enter [[Prifddinas]] while those criminals are still at large.''" It is confirmed by Mod Emilee that players will be able to access Prifddinas someday. Elven city guards also confirm that Prifddinas is just a plain field with almost nothing built. This has also been confirmed by the [[noclip glitch]] and by using the [[Orb of Oculus]].<br />
