'''Polypore Strike''' is a unique air spell that can be found in all three spellbooks: The [[standard spellbook]], the [[Lunar spells|Lunar spellbook]], and the [[Ancient Magicks]]. It requires 80 [[Magic]] to cast and can only be cast with a [[Beta:Polypore staff|polypore staff]]. Each cast of Polypore Strike consumes one charge, or 5 fire runes and 1 polypore spore, from the polypore staff. Unlike most spells, no runes are consumed from the caster's inventory when this spell is cast.

Polypore Strike's maximum hit is 786 damage, plus 1 damage for each Magic level of the caster. This maximum hit is equal to that of the Barrage spells found in the Ancient Magicks.

The fact that Polypore Strike may be cast on any spellbook makes it a highly versatile spell.

*Polypore Strike and [[Home Teleport]] are the only two spells to be featured in more than one spellbook, and the only two spells to be featured in all three spellbooks.
