A '''pole''' is a [[Quest items|quest item]] used in the [[Mountain Daughter]] and [[Glorious Memories]] [[quests]]. It can be found in the goat's pen in the [[Mountain Camp]], east of [[Rellekka]]. It is used to catapult the player across the stones in the middle of the lake near the Mountain Camp; however, any staff will work for this as well. There is also a [[Broken pole]] found on the south-western side of the lake which cannot be repaired and has no known use.
