[[Reldo]] is his apprentice.<br /> <br /> He often states that Reldo is an excellent apprentice and capable of taking over for him when he is no longer archivist.<br /> <br /> During [[Return to Canifis]], he refuses to help Reldo investigate the disappearances, even going as far as refusing to let Reldo use materials from his private store. <br /> <br /> During [[Legacy of Blood]] he is sacked as archivist due to making constant errors and being uncooperative and is replaced by Reldo. It is revealed that he has been a [[Zamorak]]ian spy all along and has been trying to help the agents sent by Mortania capture the seven children needed for the sacrifice to weaken the Salve. During the [[Battle of King Botolph&#039;s Tower]], he reveals himself as one of the leaders of the Zamorakian insurrection, luring guards away from their posts and killing them.
