During the Pactbreaker Longsword's initial release, many players bought it expecting that it could be used with all commonly used one-handed slashing weapons such as the [[abyssal whip]] when it in fact cannot be used with certain one-handed slashing weapons. This sparked some controversy as the description says that the effect requires a "one-handed slashing weapon", which the abyssal whip technically is.<br />
